Zenthal Invoicing is installed from the Shopify App Store and runs inside your Shopify admin.
From order to invoice
Pick a Shopify order and the invoice is prefilled - customer, line items, VAT and the due date from the order's payment terms. Correct anything that needs it before you issue.
Checked before it is issued
Every invoice is validated against the official rules for electronic invoices, and the result names what to fix. Download it as XRechnung XML or as a PDF/A at any point.
Archived and delivered
Issuing stores the invoice as an unchangeable, GoBD-compliant record with its retention period, and sends it to your customer by e-mail under your own reply-to address.
